The granules made by the granulator are delivered to the feeding barrel of the equipment, and are feed to the inlet by a quantitative screw.  After electric heating and strong push of the screw, the raw materials are heated to a temperature of 200 ℃ and become soften. Together with the molten PE material, it is extruded into a three-layer "T" -shaped die head of ABC to form a three-layer composite sheet material. It is stretched by two casting rolls, the thickness of the product is adjusted by controlling the speed.  After cooling by cooling wheel and flattening, appearance inspection, thickness inspection and static elimination, cutting the ear material on both sides, rolling, the finished base stone paper is produced finally. 

After coating with writing liquid on base paper, such stone paper can be used for writing, printing, making into books, magazines, notebooks, advertising brochures, maps and other products. It can also make packaging bags and other products with heat sealing demand on the edge.
